Mock Jury Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming Mock Jury here in Lake Oswego, OR. Applicants should be from the local, greater Portland-metro area.
Applying does not guarantee participation. Applicants will be selected based on various criteria and notified in a separate email if they have been chosen.

WHEN: We have two 2-hour sessions available. If you can attend either, please select the both sessions option. Please note that you can only attend one session if you are chosen.
Session 1: Monday, April 13 from 10:00am - 12:00pm
Session 2: Monday, April 13 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm
WHAT: We are looking for adults (18+ yrs old) to serve on a panel of mock jurors. A civil plaintiff attorney will be presenting their case and you will be asked to answer questions and participate. You must be comfortable with being filmed - the videos will not be distributed publicly, they are for our clients only. Please note that there is a trigger warning for sensitive topics such as sexual assault, violence and sensitive medical topics that may make some uncomfortable.
Active participation is required; there will be no casual observers. You are required to turn off your phone and provide your full attention or you will be asked to leave with no payment.
Please arrive on time , dressed appropriately, sober and mindful of personal hygiene. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you avoid strong fragrances.
We provide snacks and beverages, free parking, and an $50 stipend for participants.
